The Elephant in the Room is a short personal animation which I’ve made for fun. My first choice of 3d software is Autodesk Maya 2019 at the moment. I worked approximately 2-3 days on it. The free Morpheus rig from Josh Burton is really great for animation. I absolutely love the varieties he offers with this rig. The scene was rendered in Arnold. This is why I had to adapt the shading a bit.

The little figure of the elephant is a free 3d model from www.archibase.net.

First, I took several reference videos. After watching them, I decided, that the first one was the funniest. Because I even missed the object what I’ve planned to kick… Hilarious! But I wanted to show the facial expression too, so I switched sides.
